CONFIRMATION OF SEATS
As seats are limited, please note that successful registration does not necessarily guarantee a seat in the class. Upon receiving your completed registration form and full payment, we will provide you with a seat confirmation email which contains information regarding exact course location, date/time of course, and all other course-related matters.You are required to bring along your confirmation email printout on the day of the specified course(s) to be admitted to the classroom. Kindly also bring along your identification document in case of the need for verification.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received and made in full before confirmation of seat(s) for the specified course(s).
WITHDRAWAL / REPLACEMENT AFTER PAYMENT
Notify us in writing more than 21 days before event : |
Withdrawal with full refund. |
Notify us in writing 14 – 21 days before event : |
Withdrawal with 50% refund. |
Notify us in writing less than 14 days before event : |
No refund allowed for withdrawal. |
Replacement After Payment: If you are not able to attend the course and you have found a replacement, please inform us via email (enquiry@CHANGConsultancy.com) at least 3 working days before the start of the course with full details of your new replacement. We will do our best to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your replacement if possible.
There will be no refund for full or partial absenteeism during the course, and no replacement is allowed during the course.
CHANGES / CANCELLATION
CHANG Consultancy reserves the right to alter, change, modify or substitute the programme, venue, speaker and/or topic(s) if should any unforeseen circumstances warrant it. Participants will be informed via email on any changes. If the specified course is cancelled by CHANG Consultancy due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made to all paid participants.
REFUSAL ADMISSION
At any point, CHANG Consultancy reserves the right to reject admission of any participants with false identity or any deemed inappropriate behaviour which may jeopardize the smooth-running of the course.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright of the specified course belongs to CHANG Consultancy. Unauthorised photography, audio or video recording of any kind during the course is strictly prohibited.
AMBIGUITY/DISPUTES
In case of any disputes or ambiguity, CHANG Consultancy reserves the right to make the final decision.
